Location, location, location….there is NOT a better place for visiting and staying at the Niagara Falls than the Comfort Inn. You are literally across the street from the Falls, can see the mist from the hotel and hear the falls. The hotel is easy to find and has plenty of parking. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. Room was nicely appointed. Full assortment for breakfast (eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, cereals, breads, yogurts, juices, tea/coffee, etc.) Wide range of dining options within one or two blocks around the hotel to include the Arcade (great burgers), Hard Rock Cafe, Rainforest Cafe, many food trucks; however, because of the tourist location some of the established restaurants are a bit pricey. If you want to take a day trip into Canada the border crossing point (Rainbow Bridge) is two blocks from the hotel and costs $5.00 (paid on the U.S. side) to cross; no cost for coming back. The Rainbow Bridge pedestrian path is an amazing spot to take perfect pictures of the entirety of the falls.

The best aspect of this hotel is location, location, location! It is a quick walk to Niagara State Park and Goat Island. Easy to walk down the river on the Shoreine Trail, too, to see how the river goes from calm waters to raging rapids ~ so amazing. You can also walk to Canada, less than a mile across the bridge. Of course, that means the car trip into Canada is short and easy as well. Finally, the hotel is within walking distance to cute shops and good restaurants. The room is comfortable and clean, breakfast is good, the price is reasonable, and the staff are super~friendly. However, location wins the day!

The location couldn’t be more ideal! The state park directly abuts the hotel property, and it is an easy walk to view the American falls and to reach Maid off the Mist, in addition to being centrally located in the downtown area. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. Our room was super quiet, despite renovations. The front end check in staff were very pleasant and offered a couple of restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was good - plenty of options to choose from. We’d definitely stay here again, and would recommend to others.

The location of the hotel was breathtaking, set in a picturesque area that made the entire visit even more enjoyable. We had breakfast, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. As for the room, it was comfortable and well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere and excellent amenities that made our stay relaxing. The combination of a prime location, satisfying breakfast, enough parking and pleasant room made the whole experience truly unforgettable.

Very nice room. The friendly guy at the reception desk was very helpful and stored my luggage until my room was ready (I arrived already at noon) and gave me recommendations for lunch. The location is just perfect. A few minutes walk to the american falls and goat island. About 20 minutes to walk to the Canada (over the Rainbow Bridge). I only had half a day in the region so this place was perfect to explore the falls!
